Make members of the Armed Forces pay exempt from future pay freezes
The Armed Forces are currently on a payfreeze along with all other civil servants.
With the inflation increases over the past few years and the extra cuts to Armed Forces Alowances, this have left the average Armed Forces family at least £400 a month worse off since the freeze came into effect.
We now ask that the Armed Forces be exempt from any further payfreezes, as it is putting extra strain onto them and their families. Also the work they do is dangerous and their pay should reflect this.
