Enable landlords to evict tenants in extreme cases as damage and non payment.

Petition Details

The law as it stands actually gives tenants the rights to not pay rent,damage property.
Landlords should have a right to regain their property,& outstanding rent without the long expensive process.

Additional Information

Landlord had no rights to get rid of these bad tenant's without a long expensive process.

They should be a fair system so genuine people get fairly treated , both side landlord/tenant both treated equally and fairly.
Make the law fair.

Protect the decent people.
Please sign this petition to protect the honest genuine people.

Make it a fair legislation for landlord and tenant both equally be treated.

Protect genuine peoples some landlord might have a property only and that’s the only income they having considered and make it a fair legislation.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you want to change eviction rules, but landlords can already evict tenants (other than currently during the Covid-19 outbreak.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
