Benefit System only for those that have contributed

Additional Information

I think the Government should restrict benefit payments and free housing only to those that have paid into the system and those genuinely in need. Benefits or free housing should not be handed to immigrants coming to this country until they have worked and paid tax and NI for at least five years.
