Take Excel Centre as an emergency hospital save the NHS £2m-£3m a month
Use it’s emergency powers to requisition use of the Excel Centre as an emergency hospital
It is a National emergency and foreign owners let alone British owners should not be allowed to make a profit out of an emergency to save lives
