Let prisoners already eligible for ROTL go home
Prisoners in D-cat (lowest risk) prisons have ROTL (release on temporary license) meaning that they already work in our communities and go home to see their families. Release them! They are already trusted anyway everyday in our communities so why keep them locked up??
With Covid-19 spreading like wildfire you would be releasing prisoners most trusted to go home when they already have the license to do this anyway. It means that there is less chance of inmates and prison officers dying from this terrible disease.
