Release the full report and Government response to Exercise Cygnus 2016.
Did Ministers and Senior Civil Servants follow all the recommendations from an exercise held in October 2016, so that the UK had adequate ventilators, personal protection equipment and a strategy to test, trace & control the spread of a pandemic such as the current coronavirus COVID-19?
Prove that MPs, ministers and senior civil servants followed the best scientific advice and the country was prepared in the event of a pandemic, so the UK's citizens can have confidence in the Government's management of the health and financial crisis we all now face.
