Postpone All Bank Holidays Until After Lockdown is Officially Over
Officially move all bank holidays that have fallen within the UK lockdown phase until after lockdown is over.
1st weekend out of lockdown to include Friday & Monday BH's that is celebrated over Easter, and other BH's moved to other various dates. This doesn't replace religious celebrations.
To boost morale and support hospitality businesses that have suffered from lockdown with extra days for the public to spend money over a prolonged weekend without work.
Businesses that have stayed open through lockdown can enjoy a much-deserved break from reduced opening hours incl. shops and offices.
People can spend time with those they've missed throughout lockdown and boost spends to help our economy that has taken a hit during this time too.
