Use foriegn aid to help the vulnerable in Britain!
This past year in britain 2,700 people have died because of fuel poverty. Unfortunately there are about 1 million people in Britain that are homeless. Half a million of which are on the street or in doorways and the other half a million are living in a squat or a temporary shelter.
4 million children - one in three - are currently living in poverty in the UK, one of the highest rates in the industrialised world. This is a shocking figure given the wealth of our nation.
The uk foreign aid budget in the 2010/11 financial year was £7.7 billion.
That money would help millions of british people, who are struggling to survive.
