Robin Swan health minister must provide the necessary ECMO machine.
Provide the necessary equipment ECMO machine for Belfast City Hospital Tower Block and PPE for our nurses.
Thirty people or more could lose their lives unnecessarily in Northern Ireland because the hospital does not have the equipment.
