Support for businesses that are primarily home based and don’t pay rates.
Grants to be made accessible for home businesses during the Covid-19 outbreak.
We run a Cooperative actors agency in Nottingham and we cannot access grants because the criteria requires us to have a business rates account and therefore not eligible.
We still have outgoing coats.
The Covid-19 outbreak has had a negative impact on Everyone. I know the government has already made unprecedented moves that they’ve never made before but there are still gaps to cover.
Boris Jonson said and I quote ‘we will do whatever it takes’ to get through this crisis.
Outgoing costs include online systems, web and email, telephony services, various systems agency costs etc.
These are some examples and I think the government should allow us to access the same grants but at the lower rate.
