Review front line NHS staff salary and give a 5%-10% increase.
Front line NHS staff are underpaid, overworked and under appreciated. The pay rise that they have recently been given does not reflect the hard work that they do.
A pay increase of between 5%-10% to show then that they are appreciated would be reasonable. In the current climate, front line staff from cleaners to nurses are putting their lives at risk to save others. It is the least the government can do.
