Petition Action

Introduce a new Public Holiday which celebrates the work of our Carers (e.g.NHS)

Petition Details

Remembrance Sunday is an example were the sacrifice of ordinary people during military conflicts is remembered. Our front line care workers continually demonstrate self sacrifice for the good of others. This could be effectively illustrated and communicated to the pubic by a public holiday.

Additional Information

The Government or Parliament is the only way this would be introduced.
