Give NHS Royal status. Issue commemorative badge for uniform.
Give the NHS royal status
Issue a uniform badge to commorate their outstanding selfless service to the nation to be worn in perpetuity.
I think this is obvious. But the nation owes them all a debt of gratitude

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The title ‘Royal’ is a privilege granted by the Queen and not by the Government or Parliament.
You could start a petition calling on the Government to recommend to Her Majesty that she grant the title "Royal" to the NHS. You might like to sign this petition about an award for NHS staff
