Recognize how vital our NHS staff, Emergency service staff and key workers are.
Give these invaluable members of our society the pay levels they truly deserve, without them we wouldn't function anywhere near as well as we do, support them and the services they represent with full funding and backing instead of cutting and reducing services.
To stop cutting funding, axing services and resources to such invaluable services that we need to be fully operational and fully functioning. All of these key workers give their heart and soul to their jobs and us with the service they all provide, they all deserve pay rises that reflect the work and commitment they give. Not the bosses at the top nor a poor few percent pay increase, these vital frontline staff deserve at least a 15% pay increase.
