At 17 let people get a full motorbike license.
To make 17 year olds be able to acquire a full licence as it will be as fair as a car license as it does not seem fair what bilers have to go though to get a full licence and how long they have to wait to get a full bike and a car licence has one exam and at 17 not several if ur not 24 or older
