Create a new standards body, similar to Ofgem etc, to regulate courier services

Petition Details

Create a new standards body to regulate the UK's courier services. Specifically the drivers but also depot's and sub depot's. Penalties should be put in place when thing's like signatures are forged, parcels go missing, and more. Some affected deliveries could be critical medical equipment.
