Make the new National Anthem "Blame It On The Boogie"

We the undersigned think that "Blame It On The Boogie" is a better National Anthem than the current one, especially in these depressing times. I also call on the PM and the Cabinet to do the dance. Think of the national morale in these straightened times. It will also add 50% to GDP.
