Petition Action

Don’t allow MPs an extra 10,000 for expenses, give this money to help the NHS.

Petition Details

It is an absolute outrage that MPs on top of an extremely high salary are now able to claim 10,000 in expenses to work from home. There are nurses on the front line, even now in this pandemic struggling to get by on their wage. How is this fair? It is disgusting, help the NHS with that ‘spare money’

Additional Information

Because it is the right thing to do.
Millions, including myself have lost all of their work and struggling to put food on the table. Then just to kick us while we are down the MPs will get 10,000 for expenses which is more money than people who are on universal credit get in a year.
It is outrageous, the NHS is hugely underfunded and that money for ‘stay at home expenses!’ Should be going elsewhere to help the poor, vulnerable and the NHS who need this money and help most.
