Bring back any UK taxpayer funded jobs back to England in preparation for Scotland independence.

Additional Information

Certain jobs such as the Student loan company are located in Glasgow but paid for by English students. It employs 2000 people. It is necessary to locate them south to avoid confusion prior to independence.
