Allow sitting, or lying down, outside more than 2 metres apart from strangers.
It is illogical to allow walking, running and cycling outside but ban sitting, or lying down.
The mental and physical wellbeing of the Public is badly affected by this restriction, and since it is basically wrong and not necessary it lowers the acceptance of the other logical rules.
