Increase salaries of healthcare workers by 25% from 2020/21 because of covid19
The covid19 emergency has seen healthcare staff step up with courage and true dedication. They are keeping the nation alive and well, despite putting their own lives and that of their families, at increased risk.
The pay freeze does 10 years is disgraceful and now needs to be urgently redressed.
To value and reward courageous healthcare staff who are saving the nation.
It will also help increase the workforce, without which the health of the nation cannot be sustained.
The pay freeze and pension debacle, has led to many losing many thousands of pounds and some living close to the poverty line.
This is a national disgrace when one considers the selflessness and calling that those in the NHS show. Clinical staff must get priority in this.
