Rename the NHS, 'The Royal National Health Service'
Introduce into Parliament a measure that would enhance the status of the NHS and be supported by the vast majority of the British public.
To recognise the enormous contribution that all NHS employees make to our national well-being on a daily basis.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The title ‘Royal’ is a privilege granted by the Queen and not by the Government or Parliament.
You could start a petition calling on the Government to recommend to Her Majesty that she grant the title "Royal" to the NHS.
