To give all NHS staff an extra 4 weeks' paid holiday once the outbreak is over.
To give all NHS staff from an extra 4 weeks' paid holiday, to be taken whenever an individual wants, providing that it works within their department's staffing. This one-off extra paid 4 weeks' holiday could be rolled over for along as an individual wanted and could be taken in days or as a whole.
During the Covid 19 outbreak NHS staff have not only worked beyond the call of duty, they have fearlessly put themselves on the line to help others. Granting this one off extra holiday would be a simple and easy gesture to the NHS staff, to show that their work has been appreciated during this very dark and difficult time and give them something to look forward to.
