An immediate 10% payrise for NHS staff
I think the UK government should award an immediate 10% payrise to all staff in the NHS
NHS staff have effectively suffered paycuts over 10 years due to austerity governance. The last awarded Agenda for Change pay award for nursing and associated staff was an absolute disgrace and did nothing to alleviate financial stress on those staff.The current coranavirus pandemic has shown that NHS staff are willing to put their own health at risk in order to care for others and it is about time their real value was recognised with fair pay.
