The legality of acts by UK citizens abroad, if legal in that country, should be accepted as legal if that act did not take place in UK
The law should not allow British citizens who commit acts in other countries which are not illegal in those countries to be charged with an offence in this country if that act is illegal here. Currently you can be charged with various offences which, although deemed illegal in the UK, are normal and legal in some other countries. If the act did not take place in the UK, its legality elsewhere should not be questioned in the UK. The Government should repeal the legislation which enables these prosecutions.
