Financing and maintaining public roads and highways
We call upon the Cabinet and Prime Minister to maintain public roads and public infrastructure to be maintained, extended and developed through the proper application of 'road tax' and 'fuel duty.'
To maintain a public highway system free from hindrance through turnpikes, tolls and fees.
