stop JRS payments for people caught breaking lock down guidelines.

This lock down will never end until people start adhering to it. I propose the government removes job retention payment to anyone caught abusing their time off work by breaking lock down rules. This will speed up the eradication of this horrible virus from our society before it kills all of our mothers and fathers.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want people breaking the rules for social distancing to be subject to greater penalties, but the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme provides a grant to employers who have to furlough their staff due to coronavirus.
Fines for committing offences by breaking the Government's rules on social distancing are imposed by the police. You could start a new petition calling for the Government to increase the penalties for breaking these rules, including by making the penalty 80% of the offender's income.
