Give Captain Tom Moore (the veteran who has raised £12m for NHS) a knighthood
Captain Tom Moore has fundraised £12m and counting for the NHS! This is an incredible achievement for our country and one that deserves to be widely recognised and praised! Many of us believe the best way to honour this would be to award him a knighthood!
The whole world is suffering due to Covid-19 and healthcare is strained; it's these kinds of acts of heroism that not only bring the country together but help and benefit it, giving us hope in such uncertain times.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We know lots of people want to petition for Colonel Moore to receive an honour, but the Government will only accept individual nominations, not petitions, so we can’t publish your petition.
