Calling for a 2 week sabbatical for all front line staff tackling Covid-19.
Make it mandatory for all front line staff to be offered a 2 week sabbatical paid for by the state to be taken anytime in the 12 months post relaxation of restrictions.
Whilst other members of society are on a furlough , front line staff are working even harder with great risk. A 2 week break would allow rest and recuperation and time to exorcise the memories of the horrific events surrounding Covid-19.
