Ban the setting-off of Chinese Lanterns in the whole of the UK
Chinese Lanterns pose such a threat to livestock, wildlife & farmland & property
It is not appropriate to set these very dangerous Lanterns off in the UK at any time because of the threat to wildlife, livestock & property but particularly at this time when all the emergency services are under such a strain
