Ban the sale and use of sky (Chinese) lanterns permanently
These lanterns are a menace and need to be stopped. They cause destruction and misery to farmers, homeowners and animals. There have been many instances where buildings have burnt down and animals and people have been seriously injured and maimed due to their use.
