All Covid daily updates not from tabloids, opposition leaders that are shut down
I feel that it is completely unacceptable that during the early evening parliament updates all questions to the government are from the main stream media, they do not represent me. All the questions each night must be from each parliamentary leader representing government parties currently shut down
I feel it is completely unacceptable that the mainstream media are able to scrutinise the government but the shut down government are not. Disgraceful.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you're not happy with the how the Government's daily press briefings work, but it's not clear what you want the Government to do to change this.
The daily press briefings are arranged to enable the Government to brief and answer questions from the press. Since you started your petition the House of Commons has returned from recess, so MPs representing opposition parties are able to question the Government in the House of Commons.
