Petition Action

Introduce fines for unnecessarily visiting an NHS GP or hospital

Petition Details

Introduce a law where people are either fined or have to pay for their own appointments if they use the NHS unnecessarily. For example, if someone turns up to a GP Surgery with a common cold. There is nothing you can do about a common cold and therefore they are using the NHS unnecessarily.

Additional Information

The reason for this, many people who work for the NHS always complain about how the NHS is wasted in some ways because of how many people use it unnecessarily and for ridiculous reasons.
