Stop bringing in foreign nationals to do UK jobs. Advertise UK jobs more openly.
Advertise jobs such as fruit picking in more accessible resources in the UK, such as job site, local newspaper etc.
In times such as this covid 19 crisis, many uk citizens are actively seeking alternative employment and these opportunities are being handed over to foreign nationals. Farmers are also using the opportunity to exploit these workers in terms of low wage and poor quality living standards in favour of high profitability. It should be stopped for both reasons.

Recruitment decisions, including the advertisement of jobs are the responsibility employers, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking the UK Government to restrict unskilled workers visas for jobs on farms, if that's what you'd like to happen.
