PPE Equipment manufactured in the UK ,
Get the expertise of the right people such as all the Dragons off the TV program Dragon`s Den , to make a new Factory to manufacture PPE Equipment in the UK, this will be needed we cannot rely on imports.
Example: money from the National Lottery to fund it , comandeer the money from where ever , we are at war with an invisible enemy, Ask the Millionaires to contribute as well . as John Kenedy said " ASK NOT WHAT YOUR COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU BUT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY "
