Petition Action

Decide on what action should be taken for students in Year 10 and Year 12

Petition Details

Decide on a fair resolution about what is to happen to students in Year 10 and Year 12, their qualifications and their futures in sixth form/college and university after being put at such a disadvantage compared to years below and above them.

Additional Information

Because students at home are having to self teach the specification needed for their qualifications in crucial years of education at a standard below average without teacher assistance due to the COVID-19 lockdown closures of schools. Year 10 and Year 12 students are expected to sit their GCSE and A-Level examinations in the summer of 2021 after having to self teach through a global pandemic, taking no mock exams, having no predicted grades, with college and university open days being cancelled.
