Provide full sick pay for all nhs and private nursing and care staff
Provide full sick pay equal to their normal pay for all nursing and care staff both in the nhs and private nursing and care homes, these workers are the only ones who are not receiving any financial support, if they go off sick many will only receive statutory sick pay.
To ensure no nursing and care staff lose out financially as a result of contracting Covid 19 while working in nursing and care settings. All nursing and care staff both in the nhs and private care and nursing settings should receive full pay if off sick due to Covid 19.
