Make spitting in a public area illegal especially within context of Covid 19
Spitting is a public health hazard. It is proven to transit respiratory illnesses. In our current Covid 19 crisis, we must reduce the risk of transmission of infectious illnesses. Spitting should be punishable by a fine.
Reduce death and illnesses which are preventable
