HM Government Accounts, publish full accounts

The government has announced today that they will give statements to tax payers (those who do tax returns some 20m people) where their tax paid goes to, fine, but isn't it time that the HM Government produces full accounts for where all our tax paid on everything goes, where is the £1 pound paid in tax on every pint going?, what's its spent on?. The public want to know and its about time we the general public get transparency on all tax paid by them. I request that the government produce these accounts every year, just like every other business. Please support my e-petition.
