Reduce or nullify student debts for all students affected by the coronavirus.
Coronavirus has been catastrophic. Besides people dying prematurely or going stir crazy in lockdown, the economy is failing.
Why should graduates should suffer the additional baggage of a huge debt when they will be earning less than graduates of previous years?
It is a bad time to graduate. Experience from previous recessions tells us that graduates will be less likely to find work and will start off in lower-paying occupations than they might have expected [1]. Why then add the additional burden of debt?
