Exempt over 60s from the Health reforms

Additional Information

Exempt the elderly from the Health reforms by continuing to give free healthcare to over 60s.

They - especially the poorest - are the most likely to be left to live in discomfort or pain, or in the worst case scenarios die from not being able to afford treatment as a result of the Health and Social Care Bill 2011.

Not only will giving the elderly an exemption from the Bill be a much-needed act of humanity, but the Conservatives can also look at this as a move to ease public backlash against them regarding the reforms, as well as a move which could be looked at as an improvement to the UK's statistics and reputation.
