To stop companies making redundancies & to freeze consultations during crisis.
Bring an act preventing or creating a temporary halt to redundancies started during the Covid Crisis. Force Companies to keep Employment in the UK rather than offshore at a time of economic uncertainty.Government if need be to create UK job retention schemes to keep investment in the UK
Not only will this keep jobs in the UK following a severe economic downturn keeping tax & personal spending with a UK based workforce also will stop a further drain on state benefit provision as well as help address the mental health issues that staff are facing as a result of this ordeal. A need for legislation to stop all processes is required.
