In this current situation of Lockdown and Social Distancing are we able to sound the Air Raid sirens to signal our own celebrations at home to give support to all UK and Foreign residents something to look forward to?

The Government are the only governing power able to do this.

The UK no longer has a national civil defence siren system, and most warning systems are the responsibility of local authorities, not the Government or House of Commons.
