Lobby TUI & other travel companies to issue cash refunds
TUI & other travel companies are breaking the 14-day cash refund regulations for cancelled holidays and have so far withheld customers refunds for holidays cancelled due to COVID-19.
Force travel companies to reimburse customers with full cash refunds for their cancelled holidays, rather than having to accept credit refunds/vouchers or re-book for another time, as per the current travel regulations. Do not allow ABTA/Travel Companies to lobby to change the rules to suit them.
