Ensure ALL PPE for use in UK hospitals is made in the UK and not sold abroad
After the PPE Scandal revealed due to the Coronavirus we petition the UK government to ensure that ALL PPE for use in UK hospitals is produced in the UK and not sold abroad until it is ensured that we have sufficient stocks to cover any eventuality.
The PPE scandal revealed during the Coronavirus pandemic has shown that we need to ensure we are a manufacturing nation once again, and not reliant on other countries for essential equipment in UK hospitals and care homes. We want the government to ensure that ALL PPE equipment is manufactured IN the UK.
