Prevent Billionaires from the use of Covid-19 monetary schemes before an audit
We need to prevent the abuse of the Covid-19 monetary scheme by those who is was not designed for. Any international company with revenue in the multi-millions/billions should have an audit to see if they should have access to the monetary scheme.
I want to protect the English treasury from abuse from international companies especially though who pay very little tax and contribute very little to the upkeep of the country.
International companies that for lough staff that fail an audit test should be charge 100% of the cost of forloughing staff

We understand that you want the Government to restrict who Covid-19 support is made avaialble to, but it's not clear how you want this to happen, and under what conditions businesses would or would not be entitled to support.
