Build a national key worker Covid-19 memorial.
To build a national Covid-19 key worker memorial in which the names of key workers who have lost their lives are displayed for families and future generations to remember their sacrifice to protect us all.
During Covid-19, thousands of key workers, across all services, have risked their lives in order to protect the population and continue our essential services. Some of these key workers have paid the ultimate price in losing their lives and we should never forget this as a nation. A memorial would provide an ever lasting reminder to us and our future generations of these times and how key workers gave their lives to protect us.
