Repeat year 10 and year 12 because of school closures
due to covid-19 forcing schools to close, year 10 and year 12 will be the 2 years that will be most affected and disadvantaged. By the time schools safely reopen, these 2 years will have missed out on several months of their GCSE and A-LEVEL courses. This is the fairest solution for these students.
If this is does not occur then there will be 2 year groups entering the workforce in the future that will not be fully qualified. This could adversely affect society. All other year groups will have time to catch up with their studies before taking GCSE'S.
