Create an independent board made up of members of the public with one Government official who feeds back to the Parliamentary Petitions team, and Parliament, on urgent crisis matters, these can then be escalated, through this board for urgent consideration when human life and health is being lost.
Create an independent board with members of the public on the board, which deals with urgent crisis matters, locally or Nationally when human health is affected, being lost or both. The board will feed directly into one Government official who will also be on the board, and able to escalate these urgent matters for action to the Petition's team, as well as Parliament.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want the Government to change how crisis matters are dealt with, but it's not clear whether you want the Government or House of Commons to create a new body, exactly what role this new body would have, or how it would operate.
You could start a petition stating more clearly what action you want the Government to take.
