Give Recognition for Significant Workers During Lockdown
As well as appreciating the excellent staff working at all levels within the NHS; recognition should also be given to other workers currently putting their own lives at risk dealing with the public, keeping services running during Lockdown; enabling the majority of us to stay home and stay safe.
We call on the UK Government to formally recognise the invaluable support given by these significant individuals when we emerge, as we will, from this National crisis.
For example: care workers, police, fire service, NHS volunteers, charity workers, postmen, transport workers, bin men, delivery drivers, armed forces etc.
